Wine tour - A new way to see Sonoma Valley

Greetings everyone:

If you are planning to visit San Francisco in 2012 or you live in the San Francisco Bay area, there is a new way to visit Sonoma Valley wineries - the Sonoma Valley Wine Trolley !!
The group at Sonoma Square

This service is being launched in April 2012.

I had the pleasure to give this a test drive with a group of Travel Professionals and I want to share my experience with you.

The authentic replica of a late 1890's San Francisco Trolley Car begins its journey at the Sonoma Square and continues through Historic Sonoma Valley.

Buena Vista Winery
During the 6 hour tour you will visit four boutique wineries, enjoy the attention at pre-arranged private tastings, learn the history of Sonoma Valley and enjoy a catered picnic lunch consisting of gourmet sandwiches and deserts - my favorites were the portobello mushroom sandwich and the lavender lemon bar.

On our trip we visited Bartholomew Park, Buena Vista, B.R. Cohn and The Mayo Family Wineries.  Tastings consisted of 5 to 6 wines, my favorite was the 2006 Delaney Family Vineyards, Cab.Sonoma Valley Wine Trolley at B.R. Cohn Winery tasting area.

2-for-1 Wine tasting @ Buena Vista Winery:
If you are planning to visit the Buena Vista Winery I have a number of 2 for 1 passes to their tastings, let me know if you plan to visit and I will send them to you.

The Sonoma Wine Trolley is taking bookings now:
If you are interested and would like to find out more please let me know.
